Kathy Schaefer is a mother of three and devoted housewife. She serves on the school of board of her children's school, and also works there part time as well. While Kathy was in Ohio, her church started a program similar to Together Time. Seeing how much the mothers of Ohio liked it, she wanted to provide a similar service when she and her husband moved to Topeka. With this previous experience Kathy has been able to start up a very growing program for those involved in Together Time. Kathy has been able to integrate her signing and mothering skills in a way that has helped these children and mothers to grow.
